And here to help you through every step of the journey is our catering manager, Sam, who is bubbly, energetic and full of fantastic ideas that will help you get the most out of your big day.

Recently, Sam was hired to cater at a botanical-inspired wedding nearby, which saw Jeremy and Elizabeth wed in a jaw-dropping greenhouse ceremony attended by around 100 of their closest friends and family members. Having found Hog Roast Walton while searching for caterers online in the months before their nuptials, the pair had spent a great deal of time mulling over our menu options before finally settling on our gorgeous Alfresco Wedding feast.

Hog Roast WaltonThe Hog Roast Walton team had spent many hours before the reception pouring their heart and soul into the food, and in the end, they lovingly served a bountiful platter of Parma ham, salami, buffalo mozzarella, Parmigiano, gorgonzola, artisan bread, olives and sundried tomatoes to each of the tables. The guests adored the flavour explosion they experienced with every mouthful, and to follow such an impressive entrée, Sam served our signature slow-roasted pig with all the trimmings, side salad and roasted new potatoes.

Jeremy, Elizabeth and their wedding party thoroughly enjoyed every bite, and they were especially pleased with the homemade dessert options, which included luxurious profiteroles smothered in a rich chocolate sauce, and refreshingly light cheesecakes with a crunchy base.
