Last Saturday, we had the pleasure of catering for Carla’s unforgettable 30th birthday bash. The excitement had been building for months, and Carla wanted everything to be absolutely perfect. She secured a chic function suite at a swanky hotel, and the room, which she painstakingly decorated herself, was an absolute showstopper. From monochrome balloons and black-and-white rose floral arrangements to glitzy lighting and crisp white tablecloths, the setting was nothing short of spectacular. Guests arrived in style, donning their finest black-and-white attire to match the theme of the evening.
Adding to the chic ambience, Carla chose one of our more formal meal plans, and let’s just say, it was a show-stopper. Guests were greeted with an array of scrumptious canapés, including smoked Scottish salmon, delicate mini quiches, and perfectly pan-seared beef fillets.
