October has been an absolute whirlwind for the Hog Roast Crank gang, and let me tell you—we’re loving every delicious moment! With autumn in full swing, it feels like everyone is ready to celebrate something special. This festive buzz has sparked a surge in demand for our catering services, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to be part of the fun!
Earlier in the month, we had the pleasure of helping Ecaterina with a double celebration. The client hired us to cater for a Christening, but the day was made even more special as she and her husband also chose to renew their wedding vows. Surrounded by love, laughter and 35 friends and family at the Trimpell Sports and Social Club, Ecaterina had a wonderful day. The atmosphere was electric—filled with heartfelt toasts, happy tears, and the tempting aroma of our delicious fare.
Hog Roast Crank truly brought our A-game with our incredible Alfresco Menu—it was the talk of the party! Imagine hog roast sandwiches so good, they could make a vegetarian reconsider. Paired with all the traditional trimmings, they were gobbled up faster than we could serve them. But the real showstoppers were our antipasti platters. Oh, my goodness! We curated a feast for the eyes and the taste buds, featuring an irresistible selection of Italian cold cuts—think Parma ham, salami, and prosciutto—artfully arranged on rustic bamboo boards.
And that’s not all! We paired these with an exquisite lineup of rich cheeses, comprising creamy buffalo mozzarella, nutty Parmigiano, and bold gorgonzola. Add in some crusty breadsticks, ciabatta, focaccia, olives, ripe cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of golden extra virgin olive oil, and you’ve got a spread that had guests swooning! It was a joy to see everyone diving into the platters, enjoying every last morsel until they were completely cleared.
