The centrepiece of this increasingly popular feast was our traditional hog roast, which was a delight for both the eyes and the palate. The succulent and tender pork was slow-cooked to perfection by our catering manager, Sam, before being served up with a selection of tasty accompaniments. From crisp crackling to perfectly seasoned stuffing, the attention to detail was evident in every bite.
Adding an extra touch of elegance to the meal, Hog Roast Haydock placed Italian antipasti platters at the centre of each table. So, the guests were not only treated to a delicious main course, but also had something extra to nibble on while sharing stories and laughter.
But the indulgence didn’t stop there. The dessert choices – chocolate torte and tarte au citron with fresh cream and summer fruits – left everyone spoiled for choice. Each dessert was a compilation of striking flavours, artfully prepared to satisfy even the most discerning sweet tooth. The rich and decadent chocolate torte provided a blissful chocolatey experience, while the zesty tarte au citron offered a refreshing burst of citrus goodness.
