We have forged strong ties with the best pork producers in the UK, who adhere to ethical rearing methods in a completely free-range environment. Hog Roast Fazakerley apply the same principles to sourcing the rest of our meats too, including our beef, chicken, lamb, turkey and all the products that go into our barbecue and Southern style menus.

We also offer a range of quality dairy-free alternatives if we are required to provide vegan-friendly options or cater for food allergies and intolerances.

Our menus are brimming with dishes that celebrate fantastic seasonal vegetables, vibrant salad items and fresh fruit as well as being the bedrock of the tasty range of vegetarian and vegan dishes we offer. From medleys of vegetable side dishes, roasted vegetable skewers and varieties of colourful salads to our summer fruit pudding and vacherins of strawberries in our dessert range, our seasonal fruit and veg complement our main courses and complete our menus.

Hog Roast TOWN’s hearty hog roast sandwiches, antipasti sharing platters, canapes and main courses wouldn’t be the same without the high quality locally baked bread rolls, wraps and artisan breadsticks that accompany our menus. We also supply gluten-free options as required.
