Jack is in charge of a local corporation that sells vintage car parts for renovations or repairs. This is a steady business that generates good sales year-round. With the current rise in household costs, Jack has predicted a fall in sales for the coming winter period and wanted to discuss this projection with his team managers. To do so, he organised a formal dinner with his staff, with help from Hog Roast Speke. The Hog Roast Speke team arrived at the office building with plenty of time to prepare for the 7:00pm mealtime. Once the guests arrived, they were seated by our experienced waiting staff and presented with their first course: a homemade soup of the day, accompanied by fresh bread and butter. This is a delicious and warming starter that is a favourite among guests.
Following the starter was the main course, which consisted of a classic slow-roasted hog and a variety of delicious side dishes. We served sage and onion stuffing, roasted baby potatoes, homemade gravy, crispy crackling, fresh applesauce, and a variety of seasonal vegetables, to create a varied and nutritious main meal.
The menu ended with a delicious dessert course, including sticky toffee pudding and chocolate torte. The desserts looked elegant and tasted just as incredible!
