We’re featuring our Festive Menu this season, as we do every year, and it’s the perfect choice to get you and your guests into the Christmas spirit. You get to decide on your main course of either our signature food of a free-range hog roast centrepiece or flame-cooked turkeys, which we serve with suitable, tasty trimmings and sides that’ll have your taste buds tingling, and you even get a scrumptious dessert to finish it off perfectly too.
If you’d prefer a Hog Roast Hillside hog roast main course with this menu, it comes complete with salty, crispy crackling, which is carved fresh off your pig, as well as our homemade apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing, while our turkeys are served with our stuffing and fresh cranberry sauce. Whichever you choose, you also get an amazing seven sides, including pigs in blankets, homemade cauliflower cheese, roasties with garlic and rosemary, glazed carrots, glazed Brussels sprouts, peas and green beans, as well as lashings of our homemade gravy to smother it all in. Then once you’ve had a rest, you can then feast on our traditional mince pies with warm brandy cream.
We understand that you may need options for special diets served as well, and this menu comes with both a vegan and a vegetarian alternative (although we can cater other diets too – just let us know your needs in advance).
