As we approach the end of the school year, Waterside Academy in Liverpool has hosted a training day for their teachers and staff, to familiarise them with new procedures for 2021/22. We prepared the slow-roasted pork and cooked it to perfection during the morning, ensuring that it was packed full of natural juices and flavours. We also prepared sage and onion stuffing and homemade applesauce to accompany the meat. When it was time to eat, we served the dishes with fresh bread rolls, wraps, and gluten-free options, to create a delicious lunchtime meal for the staff. our catering went down a treat and was a perfect alternative to pre-packaged sandwiches or salads.
